Payment arrangements must be made prior to initial visits. We  accept Visa and Mastercard, Zelle, and checks. A valid debit/credit card must be on current on file if you prefer to be auto-charged. 10% gratuity will be added to auto-charged invoices unless otherwise directed prior to invoicing.

LATE PAYMENT FEE

$5 per week overdue. Emailed Reminders will be sent at 3 days prior, 6 and 13 days past due. New visit requests will not be accepted until past due invoices are paid in full.

CONVENIENCE FEE

Last minute booking or cancellation of visits to begin within 72 hours may incur a one time $25 Convenience fee.

If your travel needs are flexible please book services for the longest possibility. It is easier to cancel than to squeeze in a surprise visit and prepayment credits don't expire!
